UNfurnished (PAS meublée) apartment needed by April 1

American now working in France -- contrat du travail -- is looking for a 1BR apartment, NOT furnished (except kitchen). In the 11th, 12th or 20th near Nation, or on a Métro line that goes directly to Nation. I am a mature 37-year-old nonsmoking female, and I have a letter of reference from my last landlord in the States. I was in that apartment for 9 years. I plan to stay in this one as long as possible; I hate moving.

Looking for:
1BR or more
unfurnished, but with equipped kitchen
on rez-de-chaussée or with an elevator
I can pay up to €1,000 a month, depending on charges.

NO roommates/colocations, NO furnished apartments.
