You know what to do to lose weight and feel good right? Eat well balanced meals, at the right times, combined with regular exercise and enough sleep. We know that increasing muscle mass means we burn more calories at rest. Sounds good? If you're like me, you might have the knowledge and the desire, but not the time!

With a husband, two kids and a full time job, I just don't have the time for:
- a "healthy" breakfast - coffee and a croissant will do
- a "proper" lunch - a sandwich is OK, it has salad in it
- I get home tired and hungry, and make pasta for the family
- and when do I do the planning and shopping for the week of healthy meals?
- exercise? Forget it, other than running up the stairs in the Métro!

If this sounds familiar, call me for a free nutritional analysis of your current eating habits and lifestyle. We can design a programme to fit into your lifestyle and I will be your coach to help you reach your goals.

I have been overweight since I was 8 and have tried everything. With a family and a full time job, it was just too hard. On this programme, I have lost 12kg (nearly 27 lbs), two dress sizes (from 46 to 42) and can finally buy clothes in Paris. I have heaps of energy and can now run with the kids to the park and not have a heart attack!! My back problems have almost gone and I sleep better. And the look on my husband’s face when he looks at me has definitely changed for the better!!

This programme also works for those who want to build muscle, or to maintain their current weight but have more energy and feel healthier.
