If your Renovations require alterations to the outside of the building, or any that affect the exterior of the property, you will need to apply for Planning Permission before the works commence.

It is your Mayor who deals with all of these changes, sometimes verbally under agreement and often after making a formal application, involving much paperwork, designs and 3D impressions of before and after the works.
