This charming farmhouse sits in the heart of a pretty hamlet around five minutes from the village of Lathus on the edge of the Vienne / Haute Vienne border and around 10 minutes drive from the pretty riverside town of Montmorillon.

The property has been tastefully renovated by the current owners and it's retained its original charm with lovely old fireplaces and terracotta floor tiles throughout most of the ground floor. You enter into the large living/dining room (45m2) with a fitted corner kitchen. At the far end of this room, a small hallway leads to two large bedrooms (20 and 25m2) - one of which has a very pretty stone fireplace.
