Being a local company, with a good track record in holiday rentals, we are looking for all year round business, and wish therefore to extend our range of services to caretake your villa or apartment whilst you are not there.

We can clean the property after you have left, wash and iron the linen, change the beds, and get it all ready for when you next visit.

We also employ local French artisans to maintain your property and gardens.

Our office is in Vence, and so we feel that only dealing with local properties allows us to be quickly on hand should we be needed, plus be able to pop in once or twice a week to make sure the property is ok, when no one is there.
