Wine tastings and balades vigneronnes. Swimming, hiking trails,cycling, kayaking all nearby. Beziers 25mins. Mediterranean beaches 40 mins other riverside beaches 5-10 minutes.

First floor: large, bright bedroom with 2 single beds + single sofa bed; bathroom & w.c.; separate w.c.

Rent 220 -330 euros p.w. depending on season.
