Gite available from March 2008 for long-term let

Hi there,
We will have a gite available for long-term let, possibly for house-hunters in the area, from end of March 2008. The house is next to the owners, where we live permanently, and is 10 minutes from Monflanquin (47150). It has one bedroom with double bed and bunkbeds; Kitchen/dining room with table and chairs, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and is well kitted out with utensils, cooking pans, cutlery, etc. It has a small lounge with tv, dvd, etc. Also a shower room with toilet and sink.
