This designed loft of 82m² is located right on the most beautiful Avenue of the world, L’Avenue des Champs Elysees in the 8th arrondissement.
On the 4th floor with elevator, with small balconies to enjoy the view, 4 guests can comfortably stay in.

The entrance gives access to the large living room, separated in 2 parts.

The living part with a coffee table, 6 design armchairs, a large sofa, a console with a flat screen TV (cable) , a DVD player, a high speed internet connection and a phone line are at your disposals.

A couches with a large sofa bed which can be turned into a double bed .

From the living room, you get to two balconies, facing the Avenue des Champs Elysées.
The loft is very quiet thanks to the double glazed windows.

The open kitchen is small but convenient with a bar, hotplates, a fridge, a sink, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and espresso maker, and a toaster. Dishes and utensils you may need are at your disposal.
From the living room the stairs access to the bedroom part, closed by clever curtains, and a double bed.

On the left of the entrance, you find the bathroom with a bathtub with a handheld shower, a hairdryer, a washbasin with a mirror.
Restrooms are separated (meaning not in the bathroom).
You also find a very large dressing room for all your clothes.
Linen, covers, sheets, towels, vacuum, and iron.

Location: Located directly on the Champs Elysées, you’ll find downstairs many luxury boutiques, when you’ll walk a little away from the busy avenue, you’ll discover small and chic streets with very select bars and restaurants.
You’ll be also 5 min walk from convenient stores such as supermarket, butcher and bakeries.

Closest Métro:
Close to the subway stop Georges V, on the very convenient line 1, that cross Paris from east to west and take you either to La Defense or to le Marais in less than 15 minutes ride
