An experienced building manager, British, bilingual (French/English), will take care of your renovation/building project in the area around Le Bugue, Les Eyzies, Rouffignac, Perigueux, La Douze, St Pierre de Chignac. Specialises in the local Perigordine style. Excellent references available.

Will hire the hardest-working builders,
acquire the right materials,
communicate with the French authorities
(applying for water, a phone line, electric, building permission, etc),
supervise the posing of every stone, pipe and wire,
troubleshoot possible problems,
make sure the finished project answers the French regulations.
