Chameleon Fitness Prenatal Yoga Group classes are currently forming.
What better time to either begin yoga or to deepen your understanding of
yoga then when you are pregnant. As your attention tunes inward to the
extraordinary changes taking place within, yoga will open your awareness
further to the constant comforting presence of your breath and gravity.
Relax and relieve the physical discomforts that arise during pregnancy,
while deepening your connection to the baby growing inside of you.
Prepare your body with specific poses for the intensity of the birthing
process, and learn what positions to avoid to prevent discomfort.
Encouraging lightness and clarity in the mind, permission to be gentle
with yourself, as well as accessing your innate power, yoga will bring you
and your baby simple joy, relaxation, comfort, and strength.
The classes will be held in the 7th at Metro La Tour Maubourg on
Wednesdays, at 7:30 pm.
