SmartSteps, is a consultancy specialising in the permanent recruitment of bilingual and international personnel. We are currently recruiting a Bilingual Secretary for an American law firm specialising in business and finance law. Our client has a commitment to excellence and you will evolve in an international and supportive environment. You will be responsible for one partner and one lawyer in the Corporate department:

- typing and modification of correspondence, memorandums and other legal documents.

- telephone, administration of e-mails.

- diary management, organisation of travel.

- updating time-sheets.

- preparation of bills.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualites:

- excellent level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- ability to check documents, excellent level of spelling and grammar.
- a typing speed of 70 wpm.
- ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
- punctual and reliable.
