Sunny two-roomed flat to rent for short periods (from one week up to three months) located on the fourth floor (no lift) in an apartment block on rue du Chemin Vert, just a few minutes' walk from Bastille. The flat sleeps up to four people (one large double bedroom, and a sofabed in the sitting room). There is a separate kitchen, equipped with small oven, two electric hotplates and a washing machine, and the bathroom has a shower and bath.
The flat is south facing - very sunny in good weather - and has marble fireplaces, with parquet floors in the entrance and sitting room. It is fully furnished, and bedlinen and towels are provided.
Electricity, wifi and phone calls to over 50 countries (including USA, Australia, UK and other European countries) are included in the price (400 euros per week, reductions available for longer stays).
