I am a training ashtanga yoga teacher, who has been living in Paris for over three years, and have been practising ashtanga for over five years.

If you are interested in starting to learn yoga, but find it hard to go to lessons around a busy work schedule, then I can give you private one-on-one lessons, or maybe you and some friends would be interested in starting group lessons. I live in the 19eme in Paris, and can travel to your appartment in and around Paris , or I can give classes at my home.
