Five years ago two Englishmen packed off for SW France to pursue their dream of setting up a ‘boutique guest house’ near Albi in the Tarn. Orlando Murrin was the Editor BBC Good Food magazine and Peter Steggall’s was in financial services. A Table in the Tarn is a unique blend of memoir and cookery book to be published by Harper Collins in April 2008.
